Now that you've made healthful changes it's time to focus on long term health. Now what!? Experts suggest the following:
- Make sure have a strong support system in place.
- Review what motivates you.
- Focus on physical activity - this is key to maintenance
- Prepare yourself for any set-backs that may occur. Get a plan together and/or consult your support system
- Continue with Mindful eating, don't over-do it and pay attention to what you are eating!
