Partners in Caring offers you the opportunity to continue your support of our health care ministry in an easy and convenient way.
With this service, you can make a monthly gift and have it automatically deducted directly from your checking account. Your gift can be designated to any Avera hospital or extended care facility or you can ask that it be used where the needs are greatest.
When you join Partners in Caring, you will:
- Find it easier to make a charitable gift to our health care ministry
- Save time and postage by not having to write and send a check
- Receive special recognition in our Annual Report
- Receive, for tax preparation purposes, an annual summary of your gifts
- Know that you are supporting local health care services today and for future generations
It's easy to become a member of Partners in Caring . Simply complete the authorization form at the bottom of this page and forward a voided check to the Avera Foundation office at 3900 W Avera Drive, Sioux Falls, S.D. 57108. That's it! Your monthly gift will be deducted automatically on the day you specify. And, a record of your gift will appear on your next bank statement.
Your monthly gift will continue to be deducted until you notify us in writing to change the deduction. This service is flexible and convenient to better serve your generosity.
